My car buying experience was so 2020. I bought my car through Carvana after receiving this message from the universe. The process was extremely easy. I didn’t believe it until the car showed up and they didn’t try to take it back LOL Here is what I remember: I downloaded the app and had no idea what to search for. I ended up searching for a small 4 door sedan. I swiped past so many and favorited 3 different cars. I had my eye on this 2017 Nissan Altima. I thought that was the one I was going to get. I reviewed my options and cancelled out the other two cars because of two things: one of them was electric and the Altima had too many miles and the other one was blue. I didn’t want a blue car. So I searched a little longer and found my girl! The sassy black 2019 Kia Rio only had 6,000 miles and looked like it was made for me. I reviewed the pictures and that was it. I was like yeah this is the one. They did a credit check to finance the loan and they checked my bank account to make sure the down payment was actually there. After I submitted all of my information, I received a call. We discussed what the process would look like going forward and set a date for delivery. I got Noelle on April 24, 2020, which just so happens to be Kehlani’s birthday!!! Swear it was a coincidence, a happy coincidence! Here's Bae in case you don't know.... Anyway, I thought I’d share some of the experiences I've had and things I’ve learned since having my own car.
What was your first car? What are some things you remember about your first driving experiences? Any advice for me? Comment below :)

The first time I drove my 1992 Honda Accord after I got my license at 17, it was also raining. But it was a cooler day so yea, I was lost as well. Lucky enough, my twin sister was im the passenger seat. Her ass ain't know what to do either. But oh, we had a plan. Sis took out the napkins from my glove box (parents ain't raise no dummy 💀) and started wiping the window down profusely. We should've just drove back home to ask our parents but we were determined to get to our destination. 🤣🤣 Also, I ran outta napkins that night. Lmao.

My first car was a white 1987 Chevrolet Celebrity. It had a bench seat across the front. I took my drivers test in my 16th birthday and was driving my friends around that day! The fabric was starting to fall off the top (can’t think of what that is called right now) so I used thumb tacks to pin it up and I also put those plastic glow in the dark stars all over it. Good times😎

Oh I had to google that car and omg the nostalgia!! You had glow in the dark stickers all over it? I guess you’ve always had a thing for interior decorating!

1998 Honda Accord! That was my baby and she is still running. But OMG I hit the curb so many times in my first car to the point I knocked my tire off the hub cap lol 😂 As far as advice, I can’t think about anything particular you are doing great!

It's still running?! Man Honda's don't quit! I think that hubcap thing might be what I was afraid of.
