Charlie Pt 1

Before we get into a new guy, I have to express my gratitude to all of you! I did not expect anyone to even care that much about what I had going on lol I have never received so many texts, calls, or DMs about something I have posted. Also, I can see the website stats and they are through the roof. Yall like a good sex story just as much as I do lol Alright, let’s get to what you came here for 🙃

Charlie and I matched on BLK. We had been matched for a while actually, but we never communicated. I finally decided to reach out and say hey. I’m not shy about shooting my shot; if I'm interested, I’ll let you know. He responded well and the conversation was great. If it’s not kindergarten that reels men in, it’s how much I read. It seems like reading is one of those things that nonreaders say they want to do, but don’t really get around to doing. It is a great conversation topic for me because it gets me excited and I usually know of a book they may be interested in. 

When it was time to link with Charlie, I felt a little more comfortable because he was coming to my place. HOME COURT ADVANTAGE BABYYYY! Plus my sister is close and I know where all the knives are lol I was engaging in these risky behaviors scared af, but so determined! When he told me he was outside and lost, I was starting to get nervous again. Like first link jitters…I went outside to get him and was surprised by how short he was. He was still taller than me, but by like an inch. I felt like we were eye level. I was a little taken aback because I didn’t see that coming. I shrugged that off and made some other observations. He’s very pretty and I love his hair. He has dreads and they are beautiful. I always asked to touch his hair every time he came over.

We chatted a little bit and he was making fun of the fact that I went to DECA! He said we think we’re better than everyone else, all in good fun. No offense was taken. Similarly to Danny, he shared something extremely personal, but good to know. He told me he lives with his mom. He fell on a hard time and had to do what he had to do. I was empathetic to it and as long as he could show up for me, I didn’t care. Those were my feelings about that at the time. My feelings changed as I began to make some realizations. We’ll address that in another post.

I always ask guys about a common misconception people have about them. I think it’s a very telling question. He told me that he was nonchalant and that people think that he doesn’t have feelings. That was a red flag for me. It was that big red emotionally unavailable flag. The scary thing about it is that I kinda liked Charlie. We talked most days throughout the week, which was very different from Danny. After our first time together, we stuck to business. Charlie was a bit of a talker. On his time. 

Anyway, I can’t remember what I was watching, but I gave him the remote and he turned on Ray. I was immediately impressed because that is one of my favorite movies. While the movie was playing, we continued to talk and then I remembered I had an Amazon package. I thought it would be fun to unbox it. Well, Amazon combined two of my orders and there was a bottle of lube in the box. I was so embarrassed and I hoped he didn’t see it. I have no idea if he did or not lol Ironically, it came in handy later 😜

After the unboxing, we started drinking and he smoked. I love when men smoke in my place lol it feeds something in my soul…Maybe the part of me that hates my neighbor’s cigarette smoke perhaps? We’re a few drinks in and he started scooting closer to me. Sex makes me so happy, yall! I might have a problem 🫢 I'm internally jumping for joy! He starts getting a little more physical…rubbing my arm, bringing his lips close to my ear as he was talking. I love being touched by whoever my man of the moment is. So he’s touching me and I’m internally screaming “make your move, Charlie!”. He was taking too long so I turned to him and told him “We’re not going to watch that much more of this movie…” when I turned my head back towards the screen, he bit the nape of my neck. That is an experience I thought I would never have…as are some of the other things that occurred that night...
